Once an aggregate pit licence has been surrendered, revoked or its boundaries adjusted, the zoning must be revised to accurately reflect the licence. As required by the Clarington Official Plan, the Municipality of Clarington has initiated a Zoning By-law Amendment to refine the zoning of multiple aggregate pits.
